BUSINESS TOOLS

A business tool that fits the way you work.

When spreadsheets, messages and generic tools no longer cut it, we design custom business software: your data in one place, the right tasks to the right people, and a clear view of what’s going on.

What we build

  • Management and operations

Orders, jobs, schedules, stock: the core of your business in a tool made for it.

  • CRM and customer follow-up

Your customers, their requests and their history, shared by the whole team.

  • Reporting

Dashboards that show what’s done, what’s stuck and what needs your attention.

  • Automation

Reminders, documents and next steps triggered on their own, with no retyping.

It may be the right time if…

  • The same information is typed several times, in several files.
  • Knowing where a file stands means calling someone.
  • Too many reminders and checks rest on you.
  • Off-the-shelf tools force you to change the way you work.

Our approach

  1. Start from the field

We watch how work really flows, with the people who do it, before drawing the tool.

  2. See before building

In 10 working days, an interactive prototype of the new way of working, which your teams try before any decision.

  3. Adopted by the team

Simple screens, one action per screen for those less at ease with digital tools, and improvements as it’s used.

FAQ

Questions about this expertise.

The questions we hear most before a project of this kind.

Why custom software rather than an off-the-shelf tool?

Off-the-shelf works when your process is standard. Custom makes sense when you bend your organisation to the tool, pile up workarounds or pay for several subscriptions that don’t talk to each other.

My teams aren’t comfortable with digital tools. Is that a problem?

No, it’s a constraint we take on from the start. The tool is designed for the people who will use it every day, and tested with them as a prototype before development.

Can we bring our existing data?

Yes. Spreadsheets, exports from older software or existing databases are imported during setup, so the tool is useful from day one.
